I Want: Aminaka Wilmont
One of my last assignments at Dewi was to write about current trends in Scandinavian design...well, I didn't get to write the bit on Scandinavian fashion but nevertheless, I stumbled upon Aminaka Wilmont, winner of Fashion Fringe 2007. They're brand new but I really like their aesthetic approach. A bit Vivienne Westwood-ish but super modern and wearable. I like the colors...and the smart way they combine structure and draping. A few of their items are available via net-a-porter.com but still way too overpriced for my budget
Anyways, I think they're worth checking out.
